The rates listed below include everything (electricity, gas, water, free telephone and internet)
- 90 EUR per day;
- 500 EUR per week (71 euros per day).
A 200 EUR deposit is requested for first-time guests.
All living costs are included.
Tenant’s insurance is compulsory (30-40 euros).
